Women customarily want to say things like "nothing" and "it's fine" when they don't want to talk, so.. what's the problem?

I have a number of things I've never told my wife because she, quite frankly, does not need to know the gory details (and no, I am not talking about anything that involves our relationship).

At the risk of being a traitor to my kind, assuming a woman doesn't want to talk about it when she uses those phrases is going to put you in the doghouse. (Which is also why we don't get it right away when a man doesn't want to talk about things...if we were acting like that, we'd expect you to come talk about it.)

Here's a general tip:
Human beings are all **** up in the head. Men and women may tend to get **** up in different ways, but they're human, and therefore all **** up.
