The Glade 4.0

A coworker referred me to this butcher a while back. Lisa and I just went down to his shop today and stocked up...

We have already determined, not only are we going back, but we will be buying a replacement Freezer (chest or upright still unknown)

The Butcher Block

We got to talk with the owners today and we are very happy to be patronizing a local store and not a big chain.

For about $100 we picked up:
2-3lb Choice Boneless Chuck Roasts
5 lb Choice Ground Beef
3 lb Pork Chops
5 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
3 lb Boneless Pork Butt
2 lb Homemade Sausage of Your Choice (THEY MAKE LINGUICA!!!!!)
1 lb Applewood Smoked Bacon
4- 1/4lb All Beef Hot Dogs.

We also grabbed:
2 1/2lb BBQ Hamburgers
and a couple of pounds of Fillet Minion Beef Jerky.

Now to find someone who sells cacoila and real Portuguese Chourico here in Vegas.... so I do not need to order from Gaspar's

Dude, I've mentioned this before. Happy camper has a whole different meaning in Northern California.

Since its you and Lisa and not you and Mus, I'm assuming you just meant that you're pretty happy about the prices at the butcher stop and not changing your preference in 'meat'.

Yes it is about the awesome-ness which was our trip to the butcher shop and not that I have decided to switch my nomables from ladies to men.

Vlad, the only problem with them is that they are the better part of 3000 miles away. And they sell no cacoila. Otherwise I love their food.
