I never understand this statement when I hear it......what exactly makes you hate Philly.... Unless you're a NY or Dallas fan, it baffles me.

When I asked the same question of Khross, the answer essentially was "because of the fans"

Interleague in MLB is a bit of a farce. With that said let me clarify: We don't play each other enough in any sport to build any rivalry.

Have you actually ever been to a game in Philly...for any sport? Most of the stories you hear are the off the wall out of the norm ones.....hell I've been to games where I've had the opposing teams fans buy me beer because I was, "Such a cool Philly fan". I think the reason most of you "haters" like to hate Philly teams is because of their success....similar to the reasons for the hatred for New England (NFL since the Cheating coach took over), Dallas (NFLyears ago), San Fran (NFL years ago), Detroit (NHL forever), Atlanta (MLB years ago), etc during their high points.

Home again, home again....hope the Sharks can't perform outta their water

Wow, the first round has 4 game 7s, and the 2nd round has the potential for 3 sweeps...this has been a pretty wacky playoffs.

I almost think I want the Flyers to just get sweeped with a loss tonight. I don't want to watch anymore, I don't want to be strung along with false hope this year. They aren't playing like they were last year and a 3-0 miracle comeback is not likely this time around.

Perhaps this will slap Flyer's management in the face and make them realize that they need a high-profile goalie to have a chance at the cup.

I am in disbelief that the Flyers were nigh-unbeatable during the year and then petered out leading up to the end of the season. I don't know what went wrong, but they just don't seem to be the same team now in the playoffs that they were all year.

Philadelphia sports fan mantra: "There's always next year."
