And I can't go to sleep. I took Benadryl...I read 3 chapters...I watched Buffy..I have a fan on...I drank warm milk...

And I have to work in 3 hours.

I hate my brain not letting me sleep.

Been there, done that almost every night! Sorry Kirra, you're too young to be suffering from Old Timer's Sleep Deprivation! :(

Chamomile tea before bed...it can help. Also some lavendar inside your pillowcases. Other than that...wear yourself the **** out before bed every night, in whatever way you want. ;)
