I have an interview tomorrow, but this time I have to shave off all of my beard. I can't win the best beard glade award if I don't have a **** beard. God damn my need for a job!

No, he can decide that it's enough to be a beard guy in his heart. I haven't dyed my hair in years, it's dark reddish brown. Sort of cinnamon. Not a redhead anymore, but I've accepted and made peace with the failure of my follicles to produce hair of a colour I feel suits me.

Has the beard been shaved yet? Is the interview contingent on said shaving or will you have to shave it only if you get the job?

I don't take pictures. I shaved the beard right after I posted here. Had my interview this morning. Went rather well. There are just three people(including my self) that are being interviewed and I'm pretty sure I got the job because my schedule is so flexible(as in, I don't have anything else going on so I can work whatever damn hours they want) plus I have experience with animals and such.

Things apparently didn't go as well as I thought. So it's back to job hunting. On the plus side, I am so manly that my beard has already grown about a half inch since I shaved.
