Yeah, I know. The bible made it very clear that we wouldn't know the day or the hour, and that's an excellent way of weeding out false prophets.
Still, it was kind of nice to wonder "what if" and think about everyone being whisked off to heaven like that.

Matthew 24:40 (and surrounding verses), for one.

The 2012 rapture predicted by the Mayans will be a sure thing. The unbelievers must repent!

If they had predicted one, you might get a rise Lex, but they didn't.

The December 2012 date is just the end of their calendar cycle. Guess they figured the poor schmucks who would be around now could start a new one or figure out one of their own by now.
