Wow. That's over half the pre-taxable income for more than a third of American households.

Oh, and let's consider whether we really think the top two-thirds will resort to the Gov't plan...

Yes, tax evasion generally sends you to jail. I don't like the health care bill either but it's not demanding 15 grand from everyone and sending them to jail if they don't comply.
