Having experienced an RMA with Newegg at the start of this year, I can confirm that Newegg pays for the shipping label for DOA merchandise. Of course, it takes some interaction with them and the question "So do I understand that I am to pay an additional $10 to actually receive the product I ordered?" before they generate the shipping label on their dime.

Sorry, thats what I get when posting when coming home from the bar a little drunk :P

My last DOA Product from Newegg I couldnt get them to pay for the RMA label, always though you had to. Have to remeber that, video card and hard drive just showed up
