This argument is kind of bullshit. It's a catch-22. Moreover, having a mild curiosity about the opposite sex is pretty common and does not make you "bisexual" unless you man in the sense Taly does where everyone's at least a little bisexual, which is true but is sort of a way of talking the issue out of existence.
The fact that a person has a minor attraction to the same sex doesn't really make them bisexual just as a minor attraction to the opposite sex doesn't. Even acting or experimenting doesn't necessarily make them that way. A bisexual person is a person who feels a nontrivial possibility of a serious relationship with either sex. It doesn't have to be equal attraction both ways, but it also does not mean "any attraction both ways no matter how minor."
