According to this page, I needed to submit a request for something by June 3. Possibly that was just instructions on what to do, but as I don't know how to configure the server to listen on ipv6 nor do I know how to set up my DNS to resolve ipv6, those instructions would be useful.

Media Temple does not seem to have procured an IPv6 allocation. You should ask them why.
