Wow, that's a lot of fun. Those guys are trashing their bows, from the looks of things. I wonder how often they go through them?

Well, yes. When I said "go through them," I didn't mean replace the entire bow.

I have seen a violin bow lose the last hairs and break from the sudden release of tension at a rehearsal for a concert. The violinist was pretty shook up. the bow was over 200 years old and worth a small fortune. Why she let it get to the point where it would only have those few hairs left before restringing it I have no idea. Thirty plus years ago, I don't even remember her name.

I need to learn music...to me it just looks like they're going bananas on the cell with no skill or whatever.
