I am ok with giving leniency on things of this sort. It's pretty hard to write a master of time and space, I imagine, short of sidestepping their powers (power nullify guy, temporarily losing powers situation, etc). If a guy can go back to any point in time, and easily enough stop time whenever he wants, there are few limits to what he can manage. They weakened Hiro quite a lot via things like the "I won't go back in time to change things" from a season or 3 ago, and fans apparently didn't like it, so now they're going back on that and... fans don't like it I guess. Tricky pickle for the authors!

Spoiler:
I think if they had made Parkman permanently dead would make for a far more interesting Pitrelli/Sylar villain.

If it were real, he wouldn't even be breathing. He would have gotten 6 bullets in the chest instead of his shoulders/legs and Peter wouldn't be able to use his bullshit card.

Thanksgiving Episode has turned out pretty good so far. Still watching it, though.

Does the plot still seem to have no clear plan though? I watched maybe half of the first episode and haven't seen another since.

Nah, it kind of feels like a blindfolded guy in a huge room with a couple hot girls in it. Occasionally something interesting happens, but most of the time, it's just stumbling around.

I've stopped watching, too much, and too little...
And I can't stand Hiro, I just want to smack him over the head with a lead guitar. >.<

I still watch. I think most of it has to do with the fact that there is very little on TV that I enjoy watching. At times the show is beyond stupid but it is mindless fun other times.

I didn't know wether to laugh or cry at the end of this episode. They've got me hoping that maybe just maybe next year will be different.

Spoiler:
Agent Chick: What's she doing?
HRG: Breaking my heart

/cry

Spoiler:
My name is Claire Bennet and this is attempt number...

/chuckle

Isn't that what people have been hoping since like.... S2?

I actually thought this season was better than most, but maybe that's cause we didn't have a mob of negativity here each week! :p

Didn't see the finale yet though. Shall Hulu it tomorrow.

They should release a Heroes box set with the fail stories removed. *nodnod* Even season 2 can be redeemed that way! Especially if they add an "in memoriam" scene for the storylines that got cut off and dropped due to the strike. It can just be a solemn black screen with white text and mournful music.

If only.

After that, the magic ended. I'm curious enough to read the cliff notes when they're done though.

I enjoyed this season. It still had it's problems but it was better than last year.

Yeah, that's the opinion I am leaning towards.

I also enjoyed it.

For several seasons I was sick of Sylar, but I kind of like what they did with him to end the season.

The show needs more Hiro though.

Needs more awesome Hiro, not self pity, full-of-doubts Hiro.

I say this having not watched the last month of episodes.

Hiro was only in one of the last month of Episodes. At that point I'd of taken any kind of Hiro.

But it's true, awesome Hiro is better. I wish future Hiro would of really came to be. :(

Show will probably be cancelled soon anyway. 4.4 million viewers going up against 16+ million that shows like BBT are getting.

Robert Knepper was the only thing that made this season tolerable. And they cut it short by 5 hours this season; probably won't be back next year.
