A Clash of Kings

I get confused with these anymore. How does this work for e-readers? I can assume the closest book is the one I'm currently reading, but the page numbers are fuzzy, since the page breaks in the print-published book often fall mid-page when the e-book re-paginates based on font size. So there's no way to tell where the "real" page 13 starts, and the e-reader top of page 13 could be any number of places based on what size my text is.
