Did you watch Megashark vs Giant Octopus with Debbie Gibson and think to yourself, "You know, I really liked the premise of this movie. If only they would make another movie similar to this, but not only have Debbie Gibson in it but Tiffany as well."

I think this might be a SyFy original. (That would explain the quality.)

Not that I have any problem with that. I use SyFY original movies for comic relief.
