I watched this movie because people said they liked it.

I thought it was **** stupid, 2 hours out of my life I will never get back.

I also loved it, hyper kinetic and fun.

Never watched. Did play Clash at Demonhead back in the day.

i simply...did not get it, I suppose. It never made me laugh, and it certainly wasn't a serious movie.

from what I understand it did the comics justice. But it seems like you had the same reaction to this movie that I had to Napoleon Dynamite.

Do you read comic books on any regular basis, or at least have some kind of affinity toward them?

If no, this movie just wasn't for you. I had a smile on my face for damn near the whole movie.

Little bits and peices here and there. Michael Turner's Fathom was good (too bad the writer died.) Buffy Season 8 started off well. I remember reading Dark Phoenix saga of X-Men as a graphic novel back when I was in school. Nothing regular, for sure.
