I have managed to now acquire the Polycom University technical certifications for both VoIP (Voice Over IP) and for Video Solutions. While I am far from being considered a certified VoIP Engineer, it is a step in the right direction. And I may now be able to try and leverage my way into getting the company to front the bill for the CVE (Certified Video Engineer) program Polycom offers.

and maybe.... just maybe they will allow me to send the specs for RFC 1149, 2549 and 6214 to one of our overseas customers...

I have 3 more classes on the Polycom University that I am enrolled in, and once I complete those I am going to see about trying for the Broadsoft certification.
