The topic has come up in several different discussions, so I thought I'd start a dedicated thread.

Found this article on Toms Hardware discussing SSD performance specifically as it applies to gaming.

Based on what I've seen on the 2 websites Darksiege provided in my thread, the Kingston drives are a great deal.
