So this is kind of gross...

I tried to take one of my pills tonight, but I messed up and gagged and threw up a bit into my hand in the sink. I didn't see the pill though so I am guessing I swallowed it? I hope I don't get withdrawal tomorrow. :(

It's so hard to take meds perfectly every single night. Every once in a while they just get you.

Things do happen in 3's...I have seen it many times.

My friends Dad committed suicide a couple of days ago. Shot himself, he was the happiest man, I still can't believe he did it. We never know what someone is going through, I guess.
