...to enforce a no-fly zone, or to prevent a massacre, or as spotters for our ordinance, or to rebuild the US embassy, but definitely not to remove a dictator.

I guess that depends on who 'we' is, and what 'in' is....

We certainly have boots on the ground there.. whether it be intelligence, 'supervision', etc... and we are, or at least were, regularly lobbing million dollar a pop missiles in there on a regular basis...

I stopped following it a while back, so this may have changed...

I don't think that word means what they think it means.
