Yeah, I wasn't too clear about any of it. Currently, their powers are too broad; their programs too varied and numerous. I would trust our fearless leader (with the always enigmatic first lady by his side) to call for a re-institution of the Treasury and State after they have been dismantled and their programs, employees and budgets eliminated.
