Haven't updated in a while...
We finally got our Senior Parking Pass, but the last couple of months he has been so busy with work and getting retirement stuff settled we haven't walked as much as I'd have liked. The past week, though, we have walked 1 1/2 to 2 miles a day!
I'm down to 142 (3 pounds less than my wedding day almost 29 years ago)
Still smoking but not as much (didn't realize how stressful it can be to have a husband underfoot all day long every day
)
Been doing weights, squats, and pushups, but need to add some crunches now that I'm over the weight loss plateau...weight may be going away but excess skin isn't (and probably never will without surgery
)
May try a little bit of jogging in place (while waiting for hubby to catch up...he is a slow walker) now that I have some knee braces to help the knees withstand the pain.
