Damn. I thought the answer was a roofie.

I would also have accepted that, upon reflection. But shuyung beat you to it.

If we waited for confirmation before posting another riddle, we would have exactly two posts in this thread ;)

A man lives in the top floor of a 30 story building. Every morning, he rides the elevator to the first floor and gets out. Every evening he rides the elevator to the 16th floor and walks the rest of the way up, unless there is someone else in the elevator with him in which case he rides to the 30th floor.

Why?

He's a midget and he's not tall enough to reach the button for the 30th floor so unless someone is in there to press it for him the highest one he can reach is 16?

I'm a box that holds keys without locks, but can still unlock your imagination and soul. What am I?

A man is found frozen to death in the middle of a Miami, Florida in July. The man died in the last 24 hours. The weather has been warm. There were plenty of witnesses who would have seen someone moving him, live or dead, into the the park.

Yes, it is. We shouldn't have had a rule about people going in turn because no one is following it.

Yes, it was correct. I made the caveat of "someone else needs to agree with the answer" to avoid this situation. This is the first time I've been back to the board since I posted the riddle. Would like to keep the thread moving.

Did he fall out of a plane and freeze to death in the high atmosphere?
