Our dog's halloween costume. She is part great dane, so the shirt is a little small. Or, as my wife sings it, "Fat dog in a little coat..."

I mean, how often do you really look at a dog's shoes?

Beautiful dog, dude.

I have one that favors her, about 1.5 years old. She's a great big puppy of love.

Thanks. Pictures don't do her coat justice, as people tend to say when they meet her in person. She has a darker grey coat with black spots/splotches, with a bit of brown under her muzzle.

We love her. She is the most well behaved indoor dog I've ever seen. She never barks when there's a knock at the door or when the doorbell rings. She loves people and tolerates children of all ages, including toddlers bopping away at her.

Around other dogs though, she's a bully. She has to be the dominant dog in any situation and attempts to go out of her way to prove so. Especially against dogs close to her size (she doesn't mind smaller dogs as much, or submissive dogs).

I've said it before to my wife, that I'd rather have a dog that's great with people and bad with some dogs than a dog that's good with other dogs and bad with people.

I'm just the opposite...I'd rather have a great watchdog like our last dog than one that was good with people. I can train her to be good around those that are welcome, I want her to be nasty towards those I don't want coming around!
