Pretty much this one. Now if you do go all storage wars with this I'll change my vote.

I don't have the same fetish for old refrigerators that I do for old stoves, so, fail, I guess. But, if you like it and can make it work for you, cool. Would like to see it when it gets spiffed up.

(I have a small O'Keefe & Merritt stove waiting for me at a friend's house. Just need to pick it up and get it checked out.)

Yeah. It would weigh them down enough to get them to the bottom of nearest river.

I kinda thought the same thing.. but I pictured her storing someone she killed in it before dumping it into the river

The only "old" stuff I like is furniture... we have a drop leaf table identical to this that's over 100 years old. The table expands with 3 drop in leaves too, seating over 12 people easily and shrinks down to what you see here.

I can move it without popping a nut, thank you very much!

Well, since I don't have any nuts to pop, I do just fine moving heavy things, thankyouverymuch! ;)
Very nice table.
Where I live, any type of wooden furniture is way over-priced and abundant, especially antiques. It's near impossible to find a good deal on them around here.

Hey LK,

My sister in law and my bro, when he was alive, were antique dealers. Unless that Frigidaire is in working good condition and rust free, It isn't really for high resale value. If you plan on fixing it and keeping it, ok cool it has value to you, but selling in the condition it is in won't get you a high value. Plus, Antique dealers look for original parts, so if you are going to restore it you should look for original parts. Also color is a factor as well. My sister-in-law told me once that collectors are looking more for appliances in that ugly aweful tacky avocado color and the sky blue or cream. Sky Blue more because of the fact that general motors used the color for cars and went with it for appliances in the 50's.

So depending on your purpose it is a score or fail

Sorry Katie, but you're taking in strays that will never repay in loving service whatever you invest in them.

Yeah, Oonagh it's in working condition, and there is some rust on the outside. It's in decent condition but not several hundred dollars condition...I just thought it would rock because I love stuff like that...but I got outvoted at the casa...so, I guess it was a fail. Bummer. :(
I'll at least get my money back and then some so it's not a total loss.
