Ha, it's funny that the music playback doesn't use Flash.

Why is that funny? At all? Flash would be completely unnecessary.

Clearly, but I think five or six years ago it would have been in Flash. I just find it interesting how Flash isn't being used in many new web services.

So google music is out of beta, but their titlebar sure doesn't know it! The site title still reads "Music Beta - Music Beta".

Honestly, I'm kind of surprised they're pulling it out of Beta so quickly, with as long as google usually keeps things in beta. As well, it still seems kind of buggy with track organization and iOS compatibility.

Gmail was in beta for like a decade.

Yup, that's why I'm surprised they're pushing music out of beta so quickly.

Google Groups was in "beta" for a ridiculous length of time. Admittedly, it probably needed it. I remember when Google took over Deja News back in 2000-ish. I thought there were going to be nerd riots.

Yeah, it's kind of annoying actually. Looking forward to someone releasing a chrome plugin that kills all the ads.
