Are the 8g ipod touches on the Wal-Mart page the same as the ones on the apple.com site? I think they are but just want to make sure, I don't like how Wal-Mart describes them(and 10 bucks cheaper is 10 bucks cheaper).

I don't see which one you're specifically referring to. If the Generation & specified storage are the same, they should be.

The apple site appears to offer engraving too, which I don't see on the wal-mart version.

The Wal-mart version is 4th gen, which is the most current generation.

Yeah, they're authorized retailers. They're the same devices you'd get in an Apple store.

Make sure they have a front facing camera. If so, they are the latest version.
