Would those horses be able to gallop around if their hoofs were twisted to the side? Like they show the zombie feet to be...

If the actors are standing that way without broken feet... then it shows it is possible to normally stand that way and they are in good condition to move fast. Nobody in the show has ever said that their feet or ankles are all broken.

The only stupid thing that really jumped out at me from this episode was why didn't they just run back to the truck. It didn't look like the zombies were blocking the way. They pretty much ran the exact opposite direction.

So is it going to be pretty much standard that only one or possibly two things will happen in any given episode?

Yes to both questions. Also expect one zombie scene per episode (if lucky).

Did anyone catch when they were in the pharmacy, right before the walker grabs the girl they're showing the asian guy browsing and there's someone standing outside the window behind him by the horses. I thought they were going to be walkers outside, but now I think it was just a production mistake and they didn't realize he was visible in the shot.

When Lori is talking to Dale under the tree she says it is Rick's baby. Watch it on Demand or on netflix. It is really quick and you wouldn't catch it if you didn't pay attention at that moment. Whether she is telling the truth or not is another story.
