I think I agree with you on the 49ers winning. Everyone is all about the talk of, "So, Packers or Saints? Which one will be heading to the Super Bowl?" I hope the Giants & 49ers have a few things to say about that.

I don't expect the 49ers to win. The Saints O is > the 49ers D, and the Saints D is just good enough to overcome Alex Smith.

If they were playing at home in the dome, I would give it to the Saints all day and twice on Sunday. In San Fran...it is a coin flip. Either team could win. Smith is the key though.

I don't even know why I care...**** Lions...*cry*

Most times the Saints have screwed up this season has been on real sod, like at Candlestick. The 49ers have has an extra week to rest and study the Saints. Seeing interviews with the team, they respect the New Orleans crew, but they aren't afraid, they are ready. New Orleans just powered over the Lions. They are going to be cocky. Plus, as Raell alluded, the game at Candlestick has factors, that are going to make the game a little more random, the weather (should be good, but its SF), the fans, and who knows what else.

I'm not sure the Niners are going to win, but it should be a good well fought game. Whatever happens, it isn't going to be as easy for them as the Lions game.

My money's on the Saints. Although I'd love to see the 9'ers in Lambeau...

This weekend is going to be a bit tougher for the Pack now. Condolences to Joe Philbin and his family.

FTFY

I also think the Saints will come out of this on top.

Sorry to the Packers for the loss of their OC's kid. Not sure how the team will react to it and I am not sure which Giant team will show up so that game is a coin-toss for me.

The Pack's outlook is dependent on their injury report.

Big D vs. Big O, I'll take the defense. Especially at home. Now to see if they can hang on.

The 49ers offense might not be as great as the Saints, but they're still moving the ball pretty well. Except, of course, for the two passes in a row that Crabtree just dropped...

I am completely awed by the 49'ers tackling ability.

What a damn game. First game of the weekend and its probably already going to be the best game of this round, perhaps off post season.

Well deserved 49ers.

I didn't pass out but I am a bit hoarse tonight, and I'm sure the neighbors are a bit annoyed. :P

What a game!! I do believe the 49ers have a chance this year.

The Niners know how to play defense against quarterback centric teams. This bodes well for either of the teams they might face next.

Well done to the 49ers & the Giants. Defense trumps flashy offense.
