Seriously, he was wearing an Occupy Everything jacket, not actually occupying anything. This is going to be amusing when he sues for false arrest.

It'll be amusing only in that he (being a part of the "Occupy the Courts" assembly) violated U.S.C. § 6135 and was properly arrested after being politely informed that he was violating the U.S.C. contrary to what he believed to be an "ordinance".
