I found this because of the Dark Souls trailer. This is now my new favorite thing for a while.

Been watching Godzilla movies with Ethan, who is almost 4 now. He requests this one all the time, and sings the song. It's totally stuck in my head:

It sounds like "The Hound of the Baskervilles" set to Black Sabbath's "Paranoid". In German.

With gogo dancers and a pekingese. (And now it's stuck in my head.)

I keep waking up in the middle of the night with this song stuck in my head.

I have no idea what that means :psyduck:

Haven't played either of these in years, but for some reason, these songs are both stuck in my head.

Running around Toxxulia Forest, screen completely black except the lag meter, spamming /loc trying to find the river or the city... this music meant you were close to the river.

Or during that first run at level 10 from Erudin to Kelethin, this music played heading through the Karanas along the river there. The journey took about five hours. No one knew the complete path to take to get there, and there were no websites to look that sort of thing up. All I had was the map that came in the game box. In every zone I had to either explore, or if I was lucky, ask directions to the nearest city. Someone told me to run through the Gorge of King Xorbb, but to watch out for the huge creatures that lived there. I saw a giant scary Ogre Shaman and I ran from him for quite a while until he started talking to me (it was another player).

I looted a Rusty Halberd along the way - "huge" damage but you only got to swing every 10 seconds or so. Gnolls, goblins, beetles, nothing could stand up to my gigantic rusty spear of doom! I remember when I got to the Butcherblock Mountains, people were staring at me watching me one-shot Giant Bats, asking if I was a GM because "Erudites can't be Paladins."

Hard to believe it's coming up 13 years ago.

Spoiler:
There's a Light that was shining
when the world began,
And a Light that is shining in the heart of man:
There's a Light that is shining
in the Turk and the Jew,
And a Light that is shining, friend,
in me and in you.
Walk in the Light, wherever you may be,
Walk in the Light, wherever you may be!
In my old leather breeches and
my shaggy, shaggy locks,
I am walking in the glory of the Light, said Fox.
With a book and a steeple and a bell and a key
They would bind it for ever-
but they can't, said he.
O, the book, it will perish, and the steeple will fall,
But the Light will be shining at the end of it all.
Walk in the Light, wherever you may be,
Walk in the Light, wherever you may be!
In my old leather breeches and
my shaggy, shaggy locks,
I am walking in the glory of the Light, said Fox.
"If we give you a pistol,
will you fight for the Lord?"
"You can't kill the devil with a gun or a sword."Will you swear on the Bible?"
I will not," said he,
"For the truth is as holy as the Book to me."
Walk in the Light, wherever you may be,
Walk in the Light, wherever you may be!
In my old leather breeches and
my shaggy, shaggy locks,
I am walking in the glory of the Light, said Fox.
There's an ocean of darkness
and I drowned in the night
Till I came through the darkness
to the ocean of Light;
You can lock me in prison
but the Light will be free.
And I'll walk in the glory of the Light, said he.
Walk in the Light, wherever you may be!
Walk in the Light, wherever you may be!
In my old leather breeches and
my shaggy, shaggy locks,
I am walking in the glory of the Light, said Fox.

And the ONLY video I can find that has this song at all so you can hear the melody. (and the lady has a surprisingly pretty voice) -- skip ahead to 0:41
