People are mad that the government can now indefinitely detain and/or kill American citizens involved in terrorism at will? No problem, just strip them of citizenship, then the detention and killing are ok!

I mean, I'm all for prosecuting someone involved in terrorism and if found guilty punishing them for Treason and stripping their citizenship, but you have to go through due process first.

You don't see the massive injustice in prosecuting the innocent or even the potentially innocent? Isn't it far better for the investigating authorities to determine guilt first and then hold a trial simply to demonstrate to the public how the offender's guilt was proven? That way, only the guilty ever have to endure the stress and indignity of trial.
