Irritated with Vizio at the moment. I got an awesome VBR120 for Christmas. I was able to watch the 1951 The Day the Earth Stood Still on it. After that it stopped recognizing disks of any kind. I worked with Vizio to determine that they needed to replace the device. I sent the device back to them and they received it and notified me that they would be sneding my new one within 2 to 3 business days...
that time was up a few days ago. And I have heard nothing. So I call Vizio today and the customer service guy lets me know that the unit is now on backorder and they are working to replace my device.
