The hymnal I learned it in (30 years ago mind you) had it titled "Walk in the Light"
Not enough information to determine which is the original title. The lyrics are subtly different a couple of places from what I remember. (most notably that the line "Walk in the Light, wherever you may be!" is repeated twice each time its sung.)

edit: actually I re-read the lyrics they posted which are the same as I recall (and the ones I posted) but for whatever reason they dropped the one line and reversed several of the others. The melody is slightly different than I recall as well, but I'm not enough of a musician to tell you where.
