I touched one of the stones, causing it to fall over and thus completing a pattern of carvings. I've played enough games to know how that sort of things turn out, and no room of treasures opened.

But incidents at the ruins and a single night of sea sickness aside, the cruise was amazing and I ate far too much. And reapplying sunblock every 15-20 min worked!
