I canNOT find this color anywhere...Wal-Mart, Valspar, Eddie Bauer, Olympia...none of those brands. Closest I could find was Valspar 5003-10A "La Fonda Fiesta Blue"....but it's not bright enough. 5002-10A "Ocean Sigh" is similar in tone and brightness but it's too dark.
There are TONS of light blues out there but none of them seem to have that luminescence/bright cheery tone to it.

I know some of ya'll are way better at this than me....any ideas?

Under blues, moves arrow several times to the left towards greens (in the pop up window from the link)

Came up with Fresh Water 510A-3

Take something that color to the store and have them match it! Best way I can think of to get the color you want.

I'm going to say that's blue. Definitely blue.

lol! Thanks guys! Jazz, the only thing I have that color is the photo and they said they won't do color matching from my laptop or handheld device, lol! :-)

I think Sam & Lenas win...going to go look at those later this week. Thank you!!

I think Lenas has the closest match. I ran a large diameter median filter over the source image. The color Lenas picked is about as close as I think you can get to the tone of the wall just around the picture frame in the column that divides the two windows. Given the lighting of the scene, that area probably has the most accurate reflection of the actual paint color.

Sam's is close, too, but it's just slightly too green and slightly too white.

I opened the picture in Photoshop and sourced the color from the wall that Stathol pointed out (nice catch). Took the hex value and compared Sherman Williams color palettes in PS until I got as close as I thought I could.

Back to the drawing board....I went to Sherman-Williams and had them pull out a sample of the Quench blue that Lenas found...it's one of the lightest most boring light-blues that there is. Very pasty-pastelish and not the vibrant blue that's in the picture.

I'm beginning to think the blue I am looking for does not exist.

Put your picture on a jump drive, go to Staples or Fex-Ex/Kinkoes and have them do a photo-print for you. Take that picture to Home-Depot and have them color-match it.

Oh, and congrats I presume?

I may have to do that. Thanks....but at Lowe's. We don't have a Home Depot.
