More info about HK-51. I'm pretty excited about unlocking this.

I mostly used Kira on my Guardian.. probably 70% to Doc 30%.

I follow the "Kill it before it kills you" philosophy...

You DPS or tank?

With my DPS juggernaut (same as guardian) I kill far more enemies per hour at 50 with a healer set to a dps stance than with Jaesa (exact equivalent of Kira). I have absolutely zero downtime.

I'm definitely very much tank right now, at 50, but my statement was more referring to my leveling, which was very much 'hybrid' (i.e whatever the RNG dropped in my lap, or i was able to obtain as mission rewards or using commendations).

I think companion effectiveness is very much gear dependent, and I kept Kira in decent armor/weapons, whereas the other companions got neglected. Play style also has a lot to do with it.

I am pure dps on my jug. And I thought that maybe, now at 50, if I completely deck Jaesa out I could use her again. Not so much. It works "ok" but still not nearly as efficient as leveling with Quinn (healer). But if I was a tank I'd use Jaesa without question, just as I use Torian on my BH.
