I just bit into a fish fillet. Experienced a sharp pain in the roof of my mouth. Stuck into the roof (I had to pull it out) was. 1/2 inch fish tooth (not bone it was serrated)

I'm no Call of Duty player, but that sounds like a last stand kill to me.

I'm still trying to puzzle out how the tooth got in the fillet. (most teeth I would assume would be lopped off with the head and less likely to find their way into the food. I am not really a fish-person so I don't know what whitefish has in the way of teeth. Possible the fish was attacked at some point by another fish, which lost the tooth. It survived only to be caught and processed.
