Any progress on this? If we don't get the league filled with active participants and agree to a draft date and time soon it's going to be too late.

If you are in please make sure to update your keepers. I sent an email soliciting any suggestions feedback, if I don't hear anything by Monday (8/20) then I will assume everyone is content and move ahead with scheduling the draft.

You can choose 1, 2 or 0 keepers. The draft will be interesting if anyone picks less than two keepers for sure. As to your other question, that's up to everyone.

Well it is Monday and I haven't gotten any feedback from the emails I sent the league and other than Amanar's suggestion above (which sorry didn't gain any traction) we'll roll forward with last year's rules as-is.
