On my phone I'm just seeing outline boxes that say user avatar in them, except yours, so not your work, it's gotta be something with the Glade.

Apparently something went wrong when I updated the server today. Looking at it.

edit: It looks like the server update somehow ate some of the stored picture files. I don't know why some of the pictures disappeared and some didn't. And the automated backup snapshots the database but not the stored files (avatars and attached pictures). Sorry, but I can't recover them. If you lost your avatar you'll need to upload a new one. Same goes for any missing file attachments.

I'm going to write a script to backup all the files weekly. I think I have sufficient room to keep a few of those around.

Kirra's is still busted on my tablet. Everyone else shows up fine.

My laptop and desktop have no issues with avatars.

I don't know what I did with my current avatar, so I reverted to one of my old ones. I think I still have the current one somewhere, but it doesn't really matter. I can always recreate it if I'm in the mood.

Avatar pics should be in the local browser cache. If you (or anyone) can't find them, just post here, I'm sure someone can recover them...

Ok I think I fixed the problem. Was a permission/ownership problem, not a file disappearing problem.
