I think Harpootlian's comment was made at the convention, "the delegates breakfast" to be more precise. The other's, not so much.

The vote on Israel wasn't a 2/3rds majority as required by bylaws though, they just read of the prompter so the same as the RNC, violating its own rules for a scripted outcome.
