Out of curiosity, why that over a Nexus 7 or an Amazon Fire? I just never have hear of the SpringBoard, and was curious as to its merits. :)

they let me add it to my T-Mobile bill. :)

Actually, the Nexus 7 has the same size storage but the Springboard (rebranded Huawei mediapad) has an SDcard slot to go up to a total of 48GB of storage. and it is through my cellular carrier, so it will be all in one package.

So far I am loving it.

It came with HC, but it immediately had an OTA upgrade to ICS.
