Because with national socialized medicine, some sacrifices will have to be made for overall health. Also, it lets us control who is and is not allowed to reproduce.

Also delving past the headline reveals this gem.

Yeah cause if it was due to a lack of balls (current male politician you don't like) would live forever amirite?
