I am accepting an offer from a competing firm. The travel schedule is rigorous, but I won't need to locate (a contractual guarantee) for atleast two years, and the compensation package is beyond generous.

My start date is November 12.

No. As I said, my travel schedule is rigorous, but my home office is local. They can't relocate me for two years.
