With both parents in the room with him, too, as well as a couple other adults.

/boggle

Guess who will be the first to sue when their undisciplined little boy swallows something he shouldn't have had access to in the first place!

All two year-olds are undisciplined, but yeah, that's why they shouldn't have access to them. And in this case the owner of the buckyballs should have clued the parents in.

Most two year olds are not undisciplined, they are plain crazy! ;)

It's the parent's job to make sure their children aren't running around like maniacs and getting into things they shouldn't.That said, this video shows why Buckyballs are under the gun...stupid parents and stupid adults that let a two year old play with an adult toy. Darwin Award recipients in the making FTW!

Well, yeah, but I let my kids do things under supervision that I wouldn't let them do alone. Probably wouldn't let them do this, because they can swallow them faster than I can move, but... yeah.

Bye bye buckyballs

Goodbye Buckyballs & Buckycubes.
Due to baseless and relentless legal badgering by a certain four letter government agency, it's time to bid a fond farewell to the world's most popular adult desktoys, Buckyballs and Buckycubes.

That's right: we're sad to say that Balls & Cubes have a one-way ticket to the Land-of-Awesome-Stuff-You-Should-Have-Bought-When-You-Had-the-Chance

This is what government does when you give it money and power. That most people are too stupid to learn that lesson is the bane of human civilization.

They had to suspend shipping to Australias. Too many casualties to drop bears.

First time I've actually been frustrated enough to contact the government on something.

Quote:
To whom it may concern,

I wanted to contact you to express my complete and utter disgust at the waste of my tax dollars in your unreasonable and excessive harassment of Maxfield and Oberton, the maker of Bucky Balls. While the protection of children is a laudable goal, it should be patently obvious to anyone that these products are not marketed towards children, not sold to children and not made for children. That idiotic parents are incapable of reading instructions or making good judgement calls on what to expose their children to is lamentable but ultimately a problem for Child Services NOT a consumer product safety organization.

I strongly urge you to cease wasting my money and find a more productive use for your time and energy.

Disdainfully,

Meh. I'm pretty sure I've used it here before and frankly I'm not really afraid that anyone here is going to do anything untoward.

I would have remembered. I keep wanting to say your name in a German accent.

Just when you thought it was safe to toy shop...

I present to you magnetic silly putty!!!

Magnetic putty is on the prowl again, but this time its terrifying powers can be seen in this stunning new hi-def video put together by FX artist Joey Shanks.

Watch this magnetic silly putty devour a rare-earth magnetEver seen The Blob? This is sort of like that – only the blob doing the absorbing is a ball of… Read… As we've shown you before, magnetic putty — that is, putty embedded with millions of micron-sized ferromagnetic particles — bursts to life when placed near an object that generates a strong magnetic field. And it absolutely will not stop until the object of its desire has been completely engulfed on all sides.
