Still no gameplay, but I can't imagine it being much different from the others, only with better graphics. Kinda disappointed, though. When I heard we were going to get a first look at Reach, I was expecting gameplay...but it's better than the teaser trailer we had before.

Also, Uncharted got game of the year. *yawn*

Well, it made me excited to know that the Master Chief is at least in the game...though, he is at a lower rank of Lieutenant.

Master Chief is an NCO -- getting a commission is a promotion in every army I've ever heard of. That makes this a different spartan, as far as I'm concerned.

Kinda glad Uncharted 2 got GotY and Best Graphics. That game deserves every bit of recognition it gets, it's absolutely brilliant.

I don't know anything about ranks, but I always assumed lieutenant was like, the lowest officer type rank thinger. I guess I'm just hoping it is him. It seemed like him from the trailer. Please let it be him....

I'm probably getting my hopes up, it just seemed that his movements and body language were very 117, you know? Maybe I'm looking for things that aren't there. It just seemed so much like him. But it looks that it will be another squad type game like ODST where you play as several different Spartans. Even if he wasn't one of the ones shown, depending on how far the game goes(as in, if it goes all the way to the end where they had to jump out at the start of the original Halo) there is still a chance to play John at the end.

This is probably going to be the last good Halo game, though. Last one Bungie is making.
