The house will be ours, free and clear!! Yahoo!! It's been a long time coming and a struggle at times, but we finally made it! It will be nice to have that extra money to set aside for hubby's new car, and a few home improvement projects we have in mind.

If I wasn't so old and out of shape, I'd be doing cartwheels right now. :mrgreen:

Been there for a few years now, it is wonderful. Yes, you still have insurance and taxes, but that is okay.
