Nothing was laugh worthy until 1:15 when he tried to explain what "causes" AIDS. After that I just got annoyed that the laughs were covering up what he actually said, which made it hard to pick apart his testimony and laugh at him myself.

Addressing the laugh track issue, it definitely detracts from the video. I strongly dislike laugh tracks in general.

Regarding the video content matter, :psyduck: and :suicide: about sums it up.
