Pronounced "fuh." Recently discovered it, ****'s amazing. Go find a Vietnamese place and eat some.

You're late to the party. Sacramento has a whole bunch of Pho places. Most of them are pretty good.

Really should eat it more often. It is tasty and good for you.

Welcome to the club!

It's all about the rooster sauce, right?!

LOVE Pho Thai (raw thinly sliced beef), can't get into tripe or beef balls.

My 6 yr old was just deciding between tacos or Pho for her birthday dinner.

That's my favorite too, Vindi, that's actually what I took a picture of in the OP. I don't care for the tripe or brisket versions.

I had it once when I was at Mook's house for a visit - not bad, but personally I like a little thicker broth in my soups *shrug* Id eat it again though lol

Lenas... you toss cock sauce on pretty much everything, don't you?

Sometimes I hate having a good imagination.

I had the sliced beef Pho for lunch today, and it was fantastic.

I always tread lightly with the Rooster Sauce. While the spiciness is fine, the taste can easily overwhelm things, and I don't want everything I eat to taste like that.

For the Pho, I prefer a thinly sliced jalapeno (or similar).

I can be a spice fiend sometimes. My pho above ended up with about twice the amount of sriracha I took a picture of and all the jalapenos I could get my hands on :P It was chilly (64 deg, brrrrr!) and we were seated outside, so I had to warm up!

I actually prefer the Chili Garlic sauce to the Sriracha

A little goes a long ways though, and it too can easily overwhelm just about anything you put it on.
