I didn't see it above, but Microsoft confims used games are fine. No fee for resellers, publishers or end users either.

IMO, used sales are about physical media. Take that out of the equation and being able to resell is less important.

All I'm doing is going from the video. And I don't want to play games with a bunch of teenagers and frat boys from all over the world. So I said, "too bad it looks online only" (or similar phrasing), because some of us don't like online-only/multiplayer-only games.
