Why!? Why didn't you people warn me about this game!?

I don't own a console. I've primarily been a mouse-and-keyboard PC gamer most of my life. I tend to play classic RPGs and RPG-like games, some strategy, an occasional FPS, but never these tough combat-focused, twitch timing games. I heard great things about Dark Souls though, watched a few videos and streams of it, and finally caved to the pressure and bought the game along with an XBOX 360 controller.

Now I'm hooked. Well, at least until I die 30 times in a row to the first boss.
